What to Expect
Initial consultations will last for 60 minutes. At your appointment a comprehensive assessment will be carried out to fully understand your needs. This will allow Chloe to make sure your care can be 100% personal to you, and source additional support should this be required.

Depending on the reason for consultation you may or may not be started on dietary therapy straight away. To ensure a complete assessment your GP may need to be contacted to collect more information for you to receive the best care possible. Alternatively make sure you have the NHS App and access to your medical records. Once the all necessary information has been collected, a treatment plan can be agreed to suit your needs and expectations.

Follow up appointments will last 30-60 minutes depending on what you feel would be most beneficial. Such appointments maybe used to start diet therapy at the beginning of your journey, or to review progress for changes to be made to your treatment plan as needed.
Following your first and final appointments a summary of your care will be provided to your GP (with your consent) to ensure your health records can be updated.

Your confidentiality will be maintained at all times, and records are kept in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998.
